Tuition includes instruction, materials and lunch each day of the course.

No prior experience or courses are required.

The course is held at 873 Broadway (at 18th Street) in Manhattan's Flatiron District.

There are many accommodations in and around the Flatiron District within walking distance of 873 Broadway.

A full refund will be returned to the original form of payment with no fees if you cancel your enrollment before May 1, 2024.

If we cancel the course for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If the course is postponed or rescheduled, you can maintain your enrollment or receive a full refund.

Cancelations after May 1, 2024, or no-shows are not refundable.

The roster of instructors for the New York program will be posted approximately eight weeks before the course.

You can review a schedule for a recent course here for a general sense of the pace and structure of the 5-day program. The final schedule and faculty roster will be released a few weeks before the course begins.

Olive Oil Times maintains the world's largest collection of high-quality extra virgin olive oils. From this immense selection of samples from every region, program participants will analyze over 100 oils in instructor-guided tastings, benefitting from exposure to a boundless array of varietals and sensory profiles.

The Education Lab offers a Certificate of Completion to participants who successfully meet the established criteria. The decision to award the certificate is merit-based, contingent upon the participant's performance and achievement throughout the program.
