Tuition includes instruction, materials and lunch each day of the course.

The course is at the CIEE Global Institute in the beautiful Bloomsbury district of London, next to the British Museum and the University of London. Our bright meeting room looks out to Russell Square.

No prior experience or courses are required.

There are many lodging options near the CIEE Global Institute and Russell Square.

A full refund will be returned to the original form of payment with no fees if you cancel your enrollment before January 1, 2024.

If the course is postponed or rescheduled, you can maintain your enrollment or receive a full refund.

Olive Oil Times maintains the world's largest collection of high-quality extra virgin olive oils. From this immense selection of samples from every region, program participants will analyze over 100 oils in instructor-guided tastings, benefitting from exposure to a boundless array of varietals and sensory profiles.

Attendees who successfully complete the five-day Sommelier Program receive a certificate issued by the Olive Oil Times Education Lab. The certificate indicates that you successfully completed the program and testing. Nearly every participant passes the evaluations because the instruction provides the necessary knowledge and skills.

What you do with the expertise gained from the course is up to you, of course. Those who have attended the program have gone on to serve on tasting panels, embark on important projects, improve their businesses and teach others.
