Why we canceled the course in Postira

We were excited to present our flagship sommelier program at harvest time in Postira. However, the latest Covid surges have forced us to cancel this year's course.

We made this difficult decision in light of the growing uncertainty brought on by the recent upswing of the Delta variant in Europe and elsewhere -- and with respect for the long-term planning required to attend and organize the course.

It is not a decision that can be made last-minute, and a comprehensive review of the latest information we have now leads to the cancelation. The February course in London is on hold.

Postira has already invited us to try again in 2022 and we hope by then that the pandemic will finally be contained, allowing our international gatherings to resume without limitations.
