Tuition includes instruction, materials and lunch each day of the course.

No prior experience or courses are required.

The course is held at 873 Broadway (at 18th Street) in Manhattan's Flatiron District.

There are many accommodations in and around the Flatiron District within walking distance of 873 Broadway.

To accommodate the continued need for flexibility due to COVID-19, a full refund will be returned to the original form of payment with no fees if you cancel your enrollment before May 1, 2023.

In the event we must cancel the course for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If the course is postponed or rescheduled, you will be given a choice to maintain your enrollment or receive a full refund.

Cancelations after May 1, 2023 or no-shows are not refundable.

The roster of instructors for the New York program will be posted on this page approximately eight weeks before the course.

Olive Oil Times maintains the world's largest collection of high-quality extra virgin olive oils. From this immense selection of samples from every region, program participants will analyze over 100 oils in instructor-guided tastings, benefitting from exposure to a boundless array of varietals and sensory profiles.

Attendees who complete the five-day Sommelier Program receive a certificate from the Olive Oil Times Education Lab.

The certificate indicates that you completed the program and testing. The vast majority of participants have done well in the final evaluations because the comprehensive instruction provides the necessary preparations.

What you do with the expertise gained from the course is up to you. Those who have attended the program have gone on to embark on meaningful projects, improve their businesses and teach others.
